Monika Soja
UX/UI Design Lead at VirtusLab
I believe that UX is all about the people and that a great user experience creates a powerful bond between the user and the product.
I am a Senior UX/UI Designer & Information Architect, usually optimizing vast, complex information systems at the enterprise level. I am passionate about solving problems, asking the right questions, and taking a holistic view of a project. All to create solutions tailored to user needs, business requirements, and technical affordances. I enjoy making things simpler and easier or just better and more fun. I adore dogs, naps, travel, and cooking. During recent years I’ve been wearing a hat of a team leader, design lead, and recently, a mentor. I’m a big fan of Witcher Books and LOTR :)
